Home to Piedmonte's third red grape, Dolcetto. A wine that must be tried with food.
This is the 50th vintage from Clavensana, who produces only Dolcetto. Typical of traditional Dolcetto with ripe red fruit and hints of cherry.
Wrapped in a robe of velvety tannins, the wine brims with aromas and flavors of currants, black raspberries and other dark-red berry fruits, and is laced with hints of black chocolate, coffee and cedar.
